Social media

Social judged on enquiries, not followers.

A follower count is the easiest number in marketing to grow and the least likely to pay you. We build the feed around what people actually ask before they buy, answer the DMs that follow, and report the one line that decides it: how many enquiries social produced.

Follower count is not on this list on purpose. It is the number every report leads with and the only one here no business has ever banked. Illustrative figures — on the audit call you get your own.

Where social budgets quietly go.

Social is the easiest service to keep busy with and the hardest to hold to account. These are the four places the money goes.

1Posting on a schedule, into an empty room

Twelve posts a month because the retainer says twelve. Nothing behind them to put the good ones in front of people who have never heard of you, so reach stays inside an audience that already follows you.

2Followers bought, customers not

Giveaways and follow-loops grow the number and poison the audience. Every post afterwards is served first to people who came for a free hamper, and the platform learns that is who you are for.

3The DM nobody answered

For most local and D2C businesses the enquiry arrives as a message, not a form. If nobody owns the inbox by the hour, the content worked and the sale still went to whoever replied first.

4A feed that argues with the ads

The ad promises a premium product, the grid is four reposted memes. People check before they buy, and that gap costs you at the exact moment they were deciding.

All four look like activity. That is the problem — social can be billed for years on posts shipped and followers gained, while the only number that settles it was never wired up.

What we actually do every month.

No retainer that quietly turns into a monthly report. This is the work, and you see the output of each part.

  • Content built from what people ask

Every question that arrives in your DMs, your comments and your sales calls is a post that already has an audience. That list is where the month starts, not a trends deck.

  • Formats chosen for reach, not habit

Reels for strangers, carousels for the people deciding, stories for the ones nearly there. Posting all three identically is why most feeds stall.

  • The good posts put behind budget

An organic post that performed is the cheapest ad you will ever run. We find those and put spend behind them instead of boosting on a whim.

  • The inbox owned, not admired

DMs and comments answered inside working hours with a real answer and a next step. This is where social actually becomes revenue.

  • A grid that matches the ads

One visual system across the feed, the ads and the site, so the profile confirms the promise instead of undercutting it.

  • Enquiries tracked back to social

Trackable links, a tagged enquiry field and the DM count reconciled monthly, so the channel can be judged on what it produced.

  • One number, one report, one call

Enquiries from social, month on month, with the posts and spend behind them. Not a screenshot of follower growth.

How a feed starts producing enquiries.

Four steps, and the first one is the reason most social retainers never get anywhere.

  1. Find out what people actually ask

Your DMs, your comments, your sales calls and your competitors' comment sections. That is the content list, and you get it whether or not you hire us.

  2. Fix the profile before posting

Bio, highlights, pinned posts and the link. This is what a stranger judges in four seconds, and it is the cheapest thing on this page to improve.

  3. Publish, then push the winners

Post on a rhythm, watch saves and shares, and put budget behind the ones that earned it. Organic finds the angle; spend scales it.

  4. Answer everything, and count it

Every DM and comment handled with a next step, and every enquiry tagged to source, so at the end of the month there is a number and not a feeling.

Questions we get asked first.

If yours is not here, ask it on the audit call. We would rather answer it before you sign than after.

How many posts a month do we get?

Usually twelve to sixteen, but we would rather you did not choose an agency on that number — it is the easiest thing in this industry to inflate and the least connected to results. What actually matters is how many of them are built from a question a buyer asked, and whether the good ones get budget behind them. We agree the count after the audit, once we know how much your audience can absorb.

Will you grow our followers?

It usually happens, and we will not sell it to you. Followers can be bought for very little, and doing so teaches the platform your account is for people who wanted a free hamper — which then suppresses everything you post to actual buyers. We report followers because you will ask, and we judge the work on enquiries.

Who answers the DMs?

Either us or you, but it has to be one of us and it has to be by the hour. We will handle first-response and qualification, and hand anything that needs pricing or availability straight to your team. If you would rather keep the inbox in-house, we will set up the replies and the tagging and train whoever owns it.

Do you shoot the content, or do we?

Mostly you, and we make that easy: a monthly shot list, references and direction, so the filming is an hour on a phone rather than a production. For product and packaging we shoot in-house. Full crew shoots we bring in a partner for, and we will tell you before you commit whether a brief actually needs one.

Which platforms?

Usually Instagram, plus whichever second one your buyers are genuinely on — LinkedIn for B2B, YouTube for anything that needs explaining, Facebook where the audience is older or local. We would rather run two properly than five badly, and we will say so if a platform you are attached to is not worth the effort.

OverseasHow much of the working day do we actually overlap?

We are in Delhi, on IST. That is roughly four hours of live overlap with the UK and most of the working day with the UAE. For the US and Canada we take early-morning IST calls, which lands in your afternoon or evening. Day to day, most things move over email, Slack and a weekly Loom walkthrough of the account, so nothing waits for a call.

OverseasHow often will I actually hear from you?

A written update once a week, a recorded walkthrough of the account once a week, and one call a month with a founder. If something breaks or a test wins big, you hear about it the same day.

OverseasHow do I pay from outside India?

Wise, Payoneer or a direct bank transfer, whichever is cheapest for you. Invoices in your own currency, billed monthly on the retainer. Any spend behind posts stays on your own card, billed directly by the platform, so your media budget and our fee never mix.

OverseasWill you sign an NDA?

Yes, and we will sign it before the audit rather than after, so you can share real numbers in the first conversation. Send yours or use ours.

What social cannot do on its own.

Social is very good at exactly one job: making people who were not looking for you aware that you exist, and giving the ones who are checking you out a reason to trust it. Everything below is a job it cannot do.

Organic reach has a ceiling, and you are near it. Meta Ads

A post that performed reached a few thousand people. The same post behind budget reaches the right hundred thousand. Organic is how you find the angle; paid is the only way to scale one once you have it.

Judged by return on ad spend →
Nobody scrolls to a decision. Google Ads

Social creates the demand; search is where it lands days later. If nothing of yours is on that search, the customer your feed just convinced walks into whoever did bid on it.

Judged by cost per qualified lead →
The link in bio has to finish the job. Websites

You spent a month earning that tap. A slow page, or one that answers a different question than the post did, loses them in the four seconds after the most expensive click you get.

Judged by conversion rate →
A feed is judged in one glance. Graphic design

Nine squares decide whether a stranger reads anything at all. Without one visual system across the grid, the ads and the site, consistency is the first thing to go and trust goes with it.

Judged by click rate →
Everything you post disappears in a day. SEO

A post has the shelf life of a morning. The same question answered on your own site keeps arriving for years, and it is the cheapest way to make the work you are already doing outlast the feed.

Judged by organic leads →
