Google Ads
Search, judged on what a customer actually costs.
Google Ads judged on customers, not clicks.
Search, Shopping and Performance Max run around one number: what a qualified lead actually costs you. Search terms mined every week, calls and offline sales tracked, and brand traffic reported separately so nothing flatters the result.
This service is judged by cost per qualified leadWhat the first four weeks look like
The same sequence on every account we take over.
Where Google budgets usually leak.
Almost every account we audit is losing money in the same four places. None of them show up in the dashboard as a problem — three of them show up as success.
The search terms report is where the money actually went, and in most accounts nobody has opened it in months. Without a negative list that grows every week, broad match quietly buys traffic the keyword never promised.
People searching your name were already coming. Mixed into the same report they make every campaign look efficient, and the budget keeps flowing to the half that was never in doubt.
For most service businesses the best leads call instead of filling a form. If calls are not tracked as conversions, Google optimises towards the people who type — and bids down the ones who dial.
The ad promises a specific thing, the page opens on a general one. You have already paid for the click by then, and the drop shows up as a Quality Score problem rather than a page problem.
None of the four shows up as an error. That is the whole problem — a Google Ads account can report a falling cost per conversion every month while the number of real customers stays exactly where it was.
What we actually do every month.
No retainer that quietly turns into a monthly report. This is the work, and you see the output of each part.
- Search terms mined every week
We read what people actually typed, not what the keyword said. Negatives go in weekly, which is the single cheapest thing anyone can do to a Google account.
- Brand and non-brand reported apart
Two separate lines in every report, always. If the growth is all brand, you will hear that from us rather than discover it later.
- Conversion tracking rebuilt before spend moves
GA4 and Google Ads reconciled, call conversions live, and offline conversions imported where the sale actually closes — on the phone or in the showroom.
- Structure rebuilt around intent
Campaigns and ad groups arranged so that a keyword, its ad and its landing page are saying the same thing. Match types chosen on purpose, not left on default.
- Bidding matched to your data volume
Smart bidding needs conversions to learn from. On a thin account we start manual and move you over when the data earns it, instead of handing a cold algorithm your budget.
- Ad copy and assets tested on a schedule
Responsive search ad assets, sitelinks, callouts and images reviewed monthly, with the weak assets pinned or pulled rather than left to dilute the strong ones.
- One number, one report, one call
A monthly report led by cost per qualified lead, plus a call to walk through it. Not a screenshot of impressions.
Worked exampleHealthcare · Multi-chair dental clinic, Delhi NCR
What a clinic account has to look like before we would call it working.
We have not published a Google Ads client's numbers yet — the one campaign on this site we can show from first rupee to final sale is a Meta campaign. So rather than borrow someone else's screenshot, here is the model we build a healthcare account to: the economics a multi-chair clinic needs to hit over six months, and the four lines we would report against every month. These are illustrative figures, not a client result. On the audit call you get the live account, screen shared.
Illustrative model, not a client campaign. The one result we can show end to end is on the Meta Ads page — real spend, real admissions, measured on the client's own records.
We keep client names private. On a call we will walk you through a live account, including the parts that did not work.
These economics are Indian. In the UK, US or UAE a dental click costs several times more, so the same structure lands on very different numbers — we size that properly in the audit rather than pretending one market reads across.
Every ₹1 spent brought backIllustrative model — not a client campaign
₹13How a Google account gets fixed.
The same four steps on every account, whether you are spending fifty thousand a month or five lakh. The order matters more than any single step.
Audit what is running now
Ninety days of search terms, the account structure, every conversion action and the pages traffic lands on. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.
Fix the measurement first
Before a rupee moves. Calls tracked, duplicate conversions removed, offline sales imported where they happen. Optimising on numbers you do not trust is just expensive guessing.
Cut the waste, then rebuild
Negatives first, because that pays for itself immediately. Then structure, match types and bidding rearranged so a keyword, its ad and its page finally agree.
Scale only the keywords that pay
Budget follows the terms that produce customers, not the ones that produce conversions. The two are not the same list, and the gap between them is where the account is won.

Questions we get asked first.
If yours is not here, ask it on the audit call. We would rather answer it before you sign than after.
What is the minimum ad budget worth starting with?
For most service and local businesses, around ₹50,000 a month. Google is an auction on intent, so the floor is set by what a click costs in your category rather than by us — in a competitive one, a smaller budget buys too few clicks a day to tell a good decision from a quiet week. We will tell you the realistic floor for your keywords in the audit, before you commit anything.
How soon do results show up?
Faster than social, because the demand already exists — you are bidding on someone who is searching today. Leads usually inside the first week. A cost per lead you can plan against takes three to four weeks, and if we have moved you onto smart bidding it needs that long to learn. Anyone quoting you a stable number in week one has not seen your account.
Do I need Performance Max, or just Search?
Usually Search first. Performance Max spends across YouTube, Display, Gmail and Maps with very little visible control, so on a new or thin account it is difficult to tell what worked. We start where the intent is clearest and the reporting is honest, then add Performance Max once there is enough conversion data for it to be pointed at something real.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Thirty days notice, either side. The account, the conversion setup, the keyword lists and the ads stay yours, so leaving costs you nothing but the notice period.
Who owns the ad account and the data?
You do. We work inside your own Google Ads account on your own billing rather than reselling spend through ours, so the history, the conversion data and the audiences stay with you. It also means you can see every rupee Google charged, without it passing through our invoice first.
OverseasHow much of the working day do we actually overlap?
We are in Delhi, on IST. That is roughly four hours of live overlap with the UK and most of the working day with the UAE. For the US and Canada we take early-morning IST calls, which lands in your afternoon or evening. Day to day, most things move over email, Slack and a weekly Loom walkthrough of the account, so nothing waits for a call.
OverseasHow often will I actually hear from you?
A written update once a week, a recorded walkthrough of the account once a week, and one call a month with a founder. If something breaks or a test wins big, you hear about it the same day.
OverseasHow do I pay from outside India?
Wise, Payoneer or a direct bank transfer, whichever is cheapest for you. Invoices are raised in your own currency so there are no surprise conversion gaps. Ad spend stays on your own card, billed directly by Google, which keeps your media budget and our fee cleanly separate — you are never paying us a margin on your own clicks.
OverseasWill you sign an NDA?
Yes, and we will sign it before the audit rather than after, so you can share real numbers in the first conversation. Send yours or use ours.
What Google Ads cannot do on its own.
Google is very good at exactly one job: getting in front of someone at the moment they go looking. Everything below is a job it cannot do — and each one, left undone, shows up inside the Google account as a higher cost per lead.
Nobody searches for a product they have never heard of. In a small or new category there simply are not enough searches to buy, and the only way to raise the ceiling is to put the offer in front of people who were not looking yet.
Judged by return on ad spend → You are renting position one every single day. SEOThe moment the card stops, so does the traffic. Rankings are the enquiries that keep arriving in a slow month, and on the same searches you are currently paying for by the click.
Judged by organic leads → Google sells the click. The page has to close it. WebsitesSearch traffic arrives with a specific question. A slow page, or one that answers a different question than the ad did, loses someone you have already paid a premium for — and Quality Score then makes the next click cost more.
Judged by conversion rate → Everyone in the auction is saying the same thing. Creative designFour rivals, four near-identical ads, and the only visible difference left is price. Offer, proof and the assets around the ad are what stop a search result turning into a bidding war you win by overpaying.
Judged by click rate → People check you out before they call. Social mediaThey clicked the ad, then opened your Instagram in another tab. A profile whose last post is two years old answers the next question — are these people still around — before you get the chance to.
Judged by social enquiries → Almost nobody needs all five. Not sure which one you are missing? The audit answers this with your own search terms instead of a guess. Most accounts we look at are missing one, sometimes two. We will tell you which — and say so if the honest answer is none of them.
