Graphic design

Design judged on performance, not on applause.

Ad creative, packaging and brand work made by people who also run the ad accounts. Eight to twelve fresh creatives a month, built around the angles that are winning this week rather than whatever looked good in the deck.

This service is judged by click-through rate

What lands every month

Where creative budgets get wasted.

Design is the easiest line on an invoice to approve and the hardest to judge. These are the four ways it quietly stops earning.

1One beautiful ad, run until it dies

Meta punishes repetition faster than any other platform. A concept everybody loved in the review is still the concept whose cost per result has doubled by week five, and nobody is watching for it.

2Designed by people who never see the results

If the designer is not told which angle won, every month is a fresh guess. The feedback loop between what performed and what gets made next is the whole job, and in most setups it does not exist.

3Resized instead of rebuilt

A square ad squashed into a story is text too small to read and a product half out of frame. It runs anyway, spends anyway, and drags the whole campaign average down.

4Polish where the offer is the problem

No amount of craft rescues an ad that never says what you sell or why now. When creative underperforms it is usually the message, and another round of design will not find it.

All four pass the internal review. That is the problem — creative gets approved on whether the room likes it, and judged weeks later on a number nobody was watching.

What we actually do every month.

No retainer that quietly turns into a monthly report. This is the work, and you see the output of each part.

  • Angles first, artwork second

Each month starts with what we are testing and why — a claim, an objection, a moment — not with a moodboard. The design serves an argument.

  • Eight to twelve new creatives a month

Static, carousel and video, replaced before fatigue rather than after the cost per result has already climbed.

  • Every concept cut for its placement

Feed, story and reel built properly rather than resized once. Safe areas respected, text legible at the size it will actually be seen.

  • Made by the team reading the numbers

The people designing next month's batch are the people who saw which of last month's won. That loop is the entire difference.

  • Brand kept intact while it scales

One system for type, colour and layout, so twelve new ads a month still look like one company rather than twelve freelancers.

  • Beyond ads when you need it

Packaging, decks, brochures, profiles and social templates, drawn from the same system so nothing looks borrowed.

  • Source files handed over monthly

Layered and editable, yours to keep. You are never one disagreement away from losing your own artwork.

Selected work.

Identity, packaging and the ad creative that carries it — all of it made by the same team that watches what these campaigns actually cost to run.

How a month of creative runs.

A loop, not a project. Each month starts from what the last one proved.

  1. Read last month first

Which angles won, which died early, which audience responded to what. That report is the brief, and without it every month is a fresh guess.

  2. Pick the angles to test

A claim, an objection, a use case, a moment. Agreed in writing before anything is designed, so the review is about the argument rather than the colour.

  3. Design, and cut for every placement

Feed, story and reel built as their own thing. Two rounds of revision included, and drafts back inside seventy-two hours.

  4. Ship, watch, and kill the tired ones

Live on a schedule, watched against cost per result, and replaced before fatigue rather than after. The winners become next month's starting point.

Questions we get asked first.

If yours is not here, ask it on the audit call. We would rather answer it before you sign than after.

Can we use you for design without running ads with you?

Yes, and plenty of clients do. We will say plainly that it works better when we can see the numbers — the reason our creative improves month to month is that we know which angle won. If your ads are run elsewhere, send us that report and we will work from it.

How many revisions do I get?

Two rounds per concept, which is almost always enough because the angle is agreed in writing before anything is designed. Most revision spirals are not a design problem — they are a brief that was never settled.

Do you do video, or only static?

Both. Static and carousel in-house, plus motion and edits of footage you already have. For full production shoots with a crew we bring in a partner and manage it — we will tell you which of the two a brief needs before you commit to a budget.

Who owns the artwork?

You do, outright, including layered source files handed over every month rather than at the end. Stock or licensed fonts stay under their own licences, and we tell you which those are instead of leaving you to find out later.

Do you use AI to make the creative?

For drafting variations, backgrounds and quick concepts, yes — it makes testing more angles affordable. Anything that goes live is designed and finished by a person, and we do not generate images of your product or of people presented as your customers. If you would rather we used none of it, say so and we will not.

OverseasHow much of the working day do we actually overlap?

We are in Delhi, on IST. That is roughly four hours of live overlap with the UK and most of the working day with the UAE. For the US and Canada we take early-morning IST calls, which lands in your afternoon or evening. Day to day, most things move over email, Slack and a weekly Loom walkthrough of the account, so nothing waits for a call.

OverseasHow often will I actually hear from you?

A written update once a week, a recorded walkthrough of the month's creative once a week, and one call a month with a founder. If something breaks or a test wins big, you hear about it the same day.

OverseasHow do I pay from outside India?

Wise, Payoneer or a direct bank transfer, whichever is cheapest for you. Invoices in your own currency, billed monthly on the retainer rather than per asset, so the cost does not move when a month needs one extra concept.

OverseasWill you sign an NDA?

Yes, and we will sign it before the audit rather than after, so you can share real numbers in the first conversation. Send yours or use ours.

What design cannot do on its own.

Design is very good at exactly one job: making somebody stop and look. It cannot decide who sees it, where they land, or whether the offer was worth stopping for — and each of those, left undone, shows up as creative that "did not work".

Great creative shown to the wrong people fails anyway. Meta Ads

The best ad we have ever made would lose money against a badly built account. Creative and targeting are one system, and when they are run by two companies the blame lands wherever the meeting is.

The ad earns the click. The page has to keep it. Websites

A scroll-stopping ad that lands on a slow page is a beautifully designed way to spend money. The two have to promise the same thing, in the same visual language, within a second of each other.

Judged by conversion rate →
On search there is nothing to look at. Google Ads

A text result gives you no picture to win with — it is wording, extensions and the page behind it. People already looking for what you sell are reached a completely different way.

Design stops the day you stop paying for reach. SEO

Creative only works while there is budget behind it. Rankings keep bringing the same people in during a quiet month, which is what makes the two worth running together rather than choosing between.

The ad sends them to your profile next. Social media

Polished ads above a feed that has not been touched in a year is a mismatch people notice immediately. The grid is where the ad's promise gets checked.
